Jacob Dimler, 68, well known farmer of Fountain Springs, died at two o'clock this morning at the Ashland State Hospital after having been a patient there for a day. He had been ill only a short time.
Born and raised in Ft. Springs Mr. Dimler was well known throughout this section and held the high regard of many friends.
He is survived by his wife, two children, Claire and Elmer and one step-daughter, Mrs. Edward Bradley, of Philadelphia, two brothers, John, of Reading and Michael Dimler, of Ft. Springs, and two sisters, Mrs. Charles Kaufman, of Philadelphia and Mrs. Charles Leach of Ashland RFD, also survive.
The funeral will be held from t he family home Friday afternoon with interment following in the Ft. Springs cemetery. (Christ Church cemetery)
