Mrs. London was born in Beckley, WV to the late Leslie and Susie Aaron McClung. She retired from the American Tobacco Company after 37 years of service. She attended Ruffin Stacey Baptist Church and loved gardening vegetables and flowers and was a faithful homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth London; twin sister, Wilda McClung Martin; brothers, Steve and Glenn McClung.
She is survived by children; Mary Jane London and Charles London both of Ruffin, NC and Tammy Cross and husband, Billy of Reidsville; grandchildren, Will Cross of Reidsville and Sarah Cross of Kernersville; great grandson, Rex Binkley; sisters, Shelby Evans and husband, Melvin of Eden and Glenna Carroll Chaney and husband, Ashley of Reidsville; several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Friday, November 13, from 3:00 to 5:00 PM at Wilkerson Funeral Home and a private graveside service will be held in Ruffin Cemetery.
