FOUND DEAD IN A CHAIR
Mrs. Rebecca Dunn, 81 Years Old, Had Lived in Same Farm for Sixty-Two Years.


Mrs. Rebecca Dunn, 81 years old, was found dead in a rocking chair at her home five miles east of Moberly, by her husband, Jule Dunn, at 5 o'clock yesterday evening.

Mrs. Dunn had been rendering lard during the afternoon and went into the house to rest. When Mr. Dunn came and spoke to her, she was dead.

Mrs. Dunn was born in Boone county, Mo., January 1, 1833. When she was married 62 years ago she and her husband moved to the farm east of Moberly and she had never left it.

Besides her husband, Jule Dunn, she is survived by a son, John Dunn, of near Moberly, and two daughters, Mrs. R. D. Fountain of Sturgeon and Mrs. T. D. Meals, of east Moberly. One brother, Foster Turner of LaPlata, and eight grandchildren, also survive her.

Funeral services over the remains of this splendid Christian woman, will be conducted at one o'clock tomorrow afternoon, conducted by Rev. Sears, of Clifton Hill.
