Funeral services for Mrs. Amazon Phillips age 66, who died Friday night at her home at Choccolocco were conducted Sunday afternoon at Harmony Church by Rev. W.K.E. Jones with interment in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Phillips had been a resident of Choccolocco for a number of years and a member of Harmony Baptist Church.
Surving are a son H.L. Phillips, of Oxford and three daughters Mrs. Storey of Iron City, Mrs. Paul Chastain and Mrs. W.J. Hicks of Choccolocco.
