"Richard P. (Rich) Brady punched out early on life's time clock screaming and kicking all the way.

A legend in his own mind, he solved most of the world's problems while enjoying a Budweiser with friends.

Rich picked Peirce and Bernice, living in Argentina at the time, as his mortal parents, as did his sisters Mary Lee, Janice and Ruth Elaine.

Rich did a lot in his life and therefore infrequently excelled at much.

It was the "doing" part that provided the satisfaction in such activities as skiing, golf, sailing, real estate investment and reading.

Rich rarely lived up to his potential, a fact first identified at Oakwood Elementary School where he didn't meet a real teacher until Mr. Halliday in 6th grade.

Graduated from Weber State College after a courageous struggle.

Survived by more than one ex-wife but only one child, Alisha. Beat to the punch by his Dad (1965) and his sister Jan (1993) and some other very special relatives and friends ...."

(Written by Rich Brady in 1991).

Richard Peirce Brady, born September 1, 1948 in Buenos Aires, Argentina, passed away December 20, 1996 in Salt Lake City, Utah.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Ann Brady, daughter Alisha, step kids; Laura (David) Whitney and Brandon Jaenish, one precious little granddaughter, Megan; sisters, Ruth Elaine "Bish" Norton (Charles) and Mary Lee Voss (Dennis).

Come enjoy the "rest of the story" and join in the celebration of life at 11 a.m., Monday, December 23, 1996 at the Cottonwood Chapel, 2080 East 5165 South, Salt Lake City.
