She died May 29 at Buna Medical Hospital after an illness.
She was a lifelong resident of Buna.
Survivors include a son, W.A. Sheppard of Mt Pleasant, S.C.; three daughters, Ann Bennett and Mary Rose White of Irvine, Calif.; a sister, Ermina Rumery of Vidor; 10 grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
