Suggested edit: You may want to include his obituary because it is hard to find - I found it at Oklahoma Historical Society on microfilm. And OK2Explore confirms he died in Lincoln County.
William's obituary, found on microfilm, published in the Chandler News-Publicist, 21 February 1935 edition, page 1, states: "Civil War Veteran Buried Tuesday
Funeral services for W. H. Kelly, one of the few remaining Civil War Veterans in Lincoln county, were held from the Methodist church Tuesday afternoon. Elder J. Cansler who conducted the services was assisted by Rev. Ira L. Crabtree, pastor of the church and the impressive flag presentation at the grave side was made by Rev. Crabtree.
Members of the American Legion attended the services in a body and were in charge of the services at Oak Park cemetery where interment was made. O. R. Savage morticians were in charge of arrangements.
William Henry Kelly was born November 4, 1848 in Buffalo, N. Y., died February 17, 1935, having attained the age of 86 years, 3 months and 13 days.
He was married to Irene Gladden on July 12, 1872. To this union were born nine children; six of whom are now living. Herman Kelly, Roy Kelly, Carl Kelly, all living in Eden, Idaho; Mrs. Bertha Masten, Mrs. Mollie Burr and Mrs. Georgia Archer of Chandler. He also is survived by 13 grandchildren.
His boyhood days were spent in Illinois and he came to Oklahoma in 1889, where he has since made his home."
