Sally is survived by her father, Leonard W. (wife, Joann) Fisher of Jacksonville; two half-brothers, James M. Graves of Racine, Wisconsin and Terry Fisher of Roodhouse; eight half-sisters, Linda Graves of Jacksonville, Virginia Wilham of Williamsville, Chris (husband, Reg) Markillie of Jacksonville, Teresa (husband, Chris) Schumacher of New Jersey, Erma Fisher of White Hall, Malinda Williams, of Jacksonville, and Valerie (husband, Terry) Neff of White Hall; two step-brothers, Robert (wife, Georgia) Sanders of Jacksonville and Dennis Sanders of Chambersburg; four step-sisters, Janet (husband, Cliff) Hart of Jacksonville, Leann (husband, Hank) Turner of Chambersburg, and Carol (husband, Bob) Releford and Cheryl (husband, Don) Fisher, both of Jacksonville, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Fisher.
Sally was a secretary for Community Living Options and Achievement Unlimited , and had earlier worked for Eisenhower Terrace. She loved caring for the developmentally disabled and was very close to those she provided care for. She had been a member of the Church of the New Covenant in Jacksonville. Sally was a friend to everyone she met.
Services were entrusted to Williamson Funeral Home of Jacksonville, Illinois.
