Services will be at 3 P. M. Saturday at the Carrington Funeeral Home in Fairmount for Robert R. Perkins, 55, of 2727 N. Troy, Chicago, formerly of Fairmount. He died at 6 P.M. Wednesday (Aug. 25, 1976) at Grant Hospial in Chicago, where he had been a patient two weeks. The Rev. Richard Hutchings will officiate. Burial will be in Davis Cemetery. Visitation will be from 7-9 tonight at the funeral home.

Mr. Perkins had been employed by the D.C. Franche Paint Co. in Chicago. He was an Army Veteran of World War II.

Born Nov. 5, 1920 in Homer, he was a son of Oral and Nola Certain Perkins. He married Naomi Webb on Feb. 14, 1969 and she survives.

Other survivors include a stepson, Harry Crandall of Chicago; a step-daughter, Mrs. Judy Keippel of Chicago; a sister, Mrs. June Trenary of Torrance, CA; and two grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
