Mr. Perkins had been employed by the D.C. Franche Paint Co. in Chicago. He was an Army Veteran of World War II.
Born Nov. 5, 1920 in Homer, he was a son of Oral and Nola Certain Perkins. He married Naomi Webb on Feb. 14, 1969 and she survives.
Other survivors include a stepson, Harry Crandall of Chicago; a step-daughter, Mrs. Judy Keippel of Chicago; a sister, Mrs. June Trenary of Torrance, CA; and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
