Death Claims O. R. Adams, 75
Oliver Randolph Adams, 75, died at three-twenty-five p.m. Tuesday at his home, 135 West Twenty-ninth, after a long illness.
He was born in southern Utah Sept. 29, 1862, to Oliver [sic] and Charlotte Gangel [sic]. He had lived in Ogden 30 years. He was a former employee of the Pacific Fruit Express company. He was a member of the L.D.S. church.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Sarah Eardley Adams, and the following children: William Adams and Mrs. Rose Smith, Ogden; Mrs. Frances Ackley, Salem, Ore.; and nine grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Friday at two p.m. in Larkin & Sons' chapel. Bishop J. E. Burton of the L.D.S. Nineteenth ward will officiate. Friends may call Thursday afternoon and evening and Friday until time of service at the Larkin drawing room. Interment will be in Ogden city cemetery.
