He is survived by his wife, Clara, of the Bradford County Manor; daughters and sons-in-law, Genevieve and Alston TEETER of Milan, Barbara and Merle EIFFERT of Troy; son and daughter-in-law, Richard Jay and Janet DOUGLAS of Evansville, Ind.; step-children, Oscar W. FRENCH, Jr. of Sayre and Patricia and Walter CASSSELBURY of Chemung, N.Y.; 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; several step-grandchildren; sister and brother-in-law, Joan and Harold BROBST of Montrose; brother and sister-in-law, Lamont and Kate DOUGLAS of Lawton; a very special friend, Burdette MASON of Athens.
