Samuel Crowther Mitton, Married to Ann Maria (Annie) Robbins. He was an early LDS (mormon) pioneer, settling in Wellsville. He was carpenter by trade and raised his family in Wellsville.

Home of Samuel Crowther and Mary Ann Bailey Mitton in Wellsville, Utah built in 1865. They were early Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saint Pioneer in Wellsville. The home is still standing at 242 E Main St.
