SERVICES SET MONDAY FOR JULIES LANG

Julies Lang, 76, Fairmont, died early Saturday in an Enid hospital. He had not been in good health for the past several years and had been serious for the past several months.

Funeral rites for Lang will be at 2 p.m. Monday in the First United Methodist Church. Officiating clergyman will be Dr. John Russell and Dr. Robert J. Smith. The body will lie in state in the church from 1 p.m. until service time.

Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of the Henninger Allen Funeral Home. Memorials to Lang may be made to the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation, cancer division, with the funeral home as custodian of the fund.

Lang was born in Herkimer, Kan., and moved to the Fairmont area with his parents when he was an infant. He had lived and farmed in the Fairmont community his entire life, living in the present home for the past 55 years.

Lan[g] and Katherine Ditgen were married Dec. 9, 1916, in Enid and she survives him. He was predeceased by his parents, a sister and five brothers.

He was an active member of the First United Methodist Church and the Parkinson Sunday School Class.

Survivors in addition to his wife are two daughters, Mrs. Clarence (Mary) Le[a]vengood of Enid and Mrs. Norman (Eileen) Bentz, Breckinridge; a son, Julies Lang Jr., Enid; a grandson, Teddy Bentz, Shidler; two brothers, John Lang of Leroy, Kan., and Ernest Lang of Fairmont.
