Funeral services for August Marak, 79, of Seymour were held recently in Seymour.
Mr. Marak died Friday in a Seymour hospital.
He was born at Marakville near Cameron in 1885, and moved to West in his early childhood. In 1910 he married Mrs. Mary T. Kohut of West, and in 1918 he and his family moved to Seymour where he resided until the time of his death.
Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. R.D. Vickery, and Mrs. Johnny Kluck, both of Waco; three sons, Eugene Marak of Waco, Jerome Marak of Lubbock and Robert Marak of Seymour; 18 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
