Mrs. Mae Walters Bergerstock, 57, wife of Carl L. Bergerstock of Laraway Road, Cayuga, died Monday, June 16, 1987, at her home.

Born in Cayuga, N.Y. she had been a resident of Laraway Road for the past 32 years. She was the daughter of William A. and Georgiana Denman Walters.

She was a member of the Fosterville United Methodist Church and was a member of the Moravia Trotting Pony Association.

Surviving besides her husband are: one daughter, Janet Bergerstock of Auburn; one son, Frederick of Aurelius; six sisters, Mrs. Murville (Anne) Sails of Union Springs, Mrs. Herman (Betty) Dedrick of Throop, Mrs. Samuel (Elsie) Hosier of Fleming, Mrs. James (Dee) Ball, Mrs. Duane (Grace) Upfold and Mrs. Robert (Mildred) Yeomans, all of Weedsport; two brothers, Jack R. Walters of Aurelius and William A. Walters, Jr. of Fosterville; a brother-in-law, Charles Bergerstock of Owasco and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial Service for Mrs. Bergerstock will be held Thursday, June 18, 1987, at 3 p.m. at the Langham Funeral Home, 91 East Genesee Street. Rev. Diana Russell, pastor of the Fosterville United Methodist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Fleming Rural Cemetery.
