Catarino E. Amador, 84, of San Marcos died Friday. He was born in Jalisco, Mexico, and was a groundskeeper at Stoneridge Country Club.

Survivors include his wife, Anna Amador; daughters, Rosa Puente of San Marcos and Catalina Hansen of Escondido; son, Manuel Amador of Escondido; brother, Enrique Amador of Tijuana; and seven grandchildren.

Viewing 4-8pm today, Allen Bros. Mortuary, 435 N. Twin Oaks Valley Road, San Marcos. Mass 9:30am tomorrow, St. Mark's Catholic Church, 1147 Discovery St., San Marcos.
