George Geary Hankins was named after two doctors who delivered him, Dr. George and Dr. Geary. It was a difficult birth for his mother. He was married four times, Viola Jensen being his second wife and mother of his five children, LaVee Ernestine and twin died at birth, Georgie Ann, Lenna Christine and Eugene Ray. He served in WW II and was honorably discharged. He remained close to his parents his entire life, Lenna Jane Beavers m Ernest Frank Hankins. Divorced in 1961,he passed at the young age of 51.
