Frank Hastings Dies at Residence

Frank B. Hastings, 71, who lived south of the airport, died at his home early Friday. Death was attributed to a heart ailment.

Hastings was born March 3, 1865, at Santa Rosa, Calif. For the last 27 years he had been ranching on the land south of the Great Falls municipal airport.

There survive the wife, Julia Hastings; four sons, Hillary E. Hastings of Brady, Roy W., Delbert J., and Hugh E. Hastings, Great Falls; three daughters, Mrs. William Curran of Red Lodge, Mrs. Robert Hunter of Sand Coulee and Mrs. O. M. Anderson of Great Falls; 15 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at the Croxford chapel. Burial will be in Highland cemetery.

Cause of death: Influenzal pneumonia; Snowbound, not seen in last illness.
