SUN PRAIRIE - Cassie R. Guralski, age 21, of Sun Prairie, died Monday, March 20, 2006, due to a motor vehicle accident in Madison.

Cassie was born March 14, 1985, in Manitowoc. She was a graduate of Seymour High School, Class of 2003.

Cassie was employed with the State of Wisconsin as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Central Wisconsin Center in Madison.

Survivors include her parents; a brother; paternal grandfather; her godmother,; and a special friend, Sara. Aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and many friends also survive.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Catherine Guralski; maternal grandparents, Stephen Wagner, and Rosalia and Leo Martzahl; and her godfather, Steven Vogel.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 25, 2006, at ST. GREGORY CATHOLIC CHURCH, St. Nazianz. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be the Rev. Gregory Coulthard with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
