KERMIT EVERT BOGGS

1920-2006

Kermit E. Boggs, age 85 went to be with the Lord and his beloved wife Bobbie on Monday, March 20, 2006. Mr. Boggs was a native of Eolia, KY, former resident of Beckley, WVA and a resident of Pensacola for the past 12. Mr. Boggs was a member of Scenic Heights Baptist Church, a Mason and member of the Lawton, WVA Masonic Lodge #95 F&AM. He was a retired real estate salesman, an avid fisherman extraordinaire and sports fan.

His wife of 65 years, preceded him in death on March 15, 2006.

Survivors include two daughters & sons-in-law, Patricia & Robin Carlson and Carol & Jack Saxton; three grandchildren, Michael, Kimberly and Trisha; six great grandchildren, Brandi, Jonathan, Sean, Karl, Justin and Brandon; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Funeral service for Mr. & Mrs. Boggs will be 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 23, 2006 at Scenic Heights Baptist Church with Rev. Michael Whitlow officiating. Interment will follow in Barrancas National Cemetery.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.

Faith Chapel Funeral Home, 100 Beverly Pkwy, is in charge of arrangements.
