Herbert A. Stiles
Herbert A. Stiles, 84, of 16 Chrisman Ave., London, Ohio, a native of Dallastown and husband of the late Mrs. Lula B. Stiles, died Saturday in Madison Elms Nursing Home, London.
A son of the late Albert and Barbara Flinchbaugh Stiles, he was a former resident of Middletown where he was employed as public relations officer for Middletown Air Depot. A former member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Middletown, he was at one time a teacher for a Sunday School class at the church.
Surviving are: A brother, the Rev. Austin E. Stiles, Nalcrest, Fla., and nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. in Greenmount Cemetery, York. Officiating will be the Rev. William C. Jacobs, pastor of St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Middletown.
