His mother passed away a month after he was born on 26 Oct 1884 in Coldwater, Kansas.

He lived with his maternal grandmother Mary Jane Shepherd Kitchen (Find A Grave Memorial# 32179328) in Anthony, Harper County, Kansas (along with Uncle William F Kitchen works as Tel Operator, Uncle Thomas Herman Kitchen-works as Printer, and Aunt Edith May Kitchen).
1900 - His widowed father remarried to Elizabeth "Lizzie" Hartz Cade and they had a son Leo Samuel Cade on 5 Sep 1900 in Oklahoma (Find A Grave Memorial# 64101127).
1 Jun 1900 - 1906 Residence
Residence at US Naval Academy, Anne Arundel, Maryland, USA.
He was a Naval Cadet in the USA Naval Academy. And, he would be there through 1906. His name and photo appear in the Academy Yearbook named "The Lucky Bag" each year.
1909 - Residence
He and wife Bertha reside at--R. 420 North Aydelotte Avenue, Shawnee, Pottawatomie County, Oklahoma.
He works as the Shawnee Assistant USA Postmaster.
NOTES--
His paternal Uncle William Sylvester Cade (who is educated and licensed as a lawyer) is the Shawnee USA Postmaster at that time, and probably helped him get the position of "Assistant USA Postmaster". William and his wife "Lizzie" reside at 113-115 North Broadway, r 426 North Market, Shawnee, Okla.
Also, living in Shawnee are--
his father and his father's second wife Elizabeth and their son Leo Samuel Cade, and they three reside at 330 North Louisa, Shawnee, OKLA; and his father works as a cashier in the State National Bank.
NOTE--Herringshaws's American Blue Book of Biography, published 1914, Page 169, "Cade, Cassius Marcellus, a banker of Shawnee Okla., was born Aug 4 1856, in Noble County, Ohio. He is President and Director of nine banks in Oklahoma."

in Pottawatomie County, Oklahoma.

He resides with wife and sons in Bales, Pottawatomie County, OK, and works as a bank cashier. (NOTE--His father also worked as a bank cashier, so it that occupation runs in the Family.)

He and his wife are still living in Bales, Ok, but at address Section 1 T10N R2E; and the occupation has changed to Farmer doing General Farming in a rented residence. The household consists of--himself age 44, his wife Bertha age 44, and their son Cassius III, age 20.

"Cash" Cade, II predeceased his wife by about seven years and is laid to rest in the same cemetery as his wife Bertha.
