Funeral services for Mont. D. Van Buskirk, 57, of Huffman street, who died at 7:45 o'clock yesterday morning at his home, will be held Friday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock at the residence and at 2 o'clock in the Trinity Methodist church with Rev. Robert J. Burns officiating. Burial will be in the I.O.O.F. cemetery in Monroeville. His death was due to obstruction of the liver and heart disease following an illness of several weeks. He had been bedfast for 10 days. Mr. Van Buskirk was born in Fort Wayne and lived here most of his life. He was a member of the Trinity Methodist Episcopal church, Maumee lodge, F.& A.M. and the I.O.O.F. lodge at Monroeville. The body was removed fro the Scheumann's funeral home to the residence last night. Surviving are the widow, Dora; one son, Harry, at home; a brother, S.O. Van Buskirk, of Monroeville; a sister, Mrs. Lucy Youse, of Roswell, N.M., and two grandchildren.
