It was brought out in the testimony that Aleman was shot four times, once through the top of the skull, once through the groin, once through the left arm and breast and once through the right side of the breast. A .45 calibre gun was said to have been used.

Funeral services for Aleman will be held at 4:30 o'clock this afternoon from the residence of a brother-in-law, 447 West 17th street, with Rev. Father T. F. O'Sullivan officiating. Burial will be in Calvary cemetery under the direction of the Hampton company.

The dead man is survived by a wife and two children, Marcial and Anneda Aleman; a brother, Mauel Aleman; two sisters, Juanita and Carolina Aleman, of San Antonio.
