Milo Claude Abbett, 70, of 612 Washington St. died Wednesday, Feb 6, 1974, at his home. Mr. Abbett was born Dec. 9, 1903, in Tuscumbia, the son of Andrew and Roxie Denton Abbett. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints.
Survivors include two brothers, Thomas C. Abbett, Jefferson City, and Raymond E. Abbett, New Bloomfield, two sisters, Mrs. Homer Lipscomb, Dixon, and Mrs. Nettie Reed, Sullivan, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 1 pm Saturday at Freeman Mortuary Chapel, with the Rev. Thurman Smith, officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Tuscumbia.
