Elmer Dean was preceded in death by his parents and all of his siblings; Leonard Leon, Lorita, Harold David, Zerlene Delores; and his daughter Sarah Diane.
He is survived by two sons and one grandchild.
Elmer Dean was cremated and his ashes were spread on the grave of his mother (Virgie Walje), the same place his sister, Lorita's, ashes were spread.
