Private funeral services were held Monday afternoon from the family home 4 miles south of Claremont for Simon N. Stadge, 63, who died Saturday evening at the Olney Sanitarium after an illness of diptheria.
Interment was made in the Mt. Olive cemetery.
Mr. Stadge is survived by his widow, Mrs. Stella Stadge; and two daughters, Mrs. Wilbert (Zelda) Dowty, and Miss Cleo M. Stadge.
