Funeral services for Dewey C. Holt, 79, of Leesville, will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday, Feb. 20, 2005 in Hixson Funeral Home Chapel with Revs. Glen Thomas and Durhl R. Davis officiated. Burial followed in Leesville Cemetery. Mr. Holt died Thursday, Feb. 17, 2005, in Byrd Regional Hospital in Leesville. He was also a World War II Army Veteran. Mr. Holt was preceded in death by his parents, William D. and Victoria Childs Holt. Survivors include two sisters, Guinevere O'Banion of Leesville, and Sydney Hanley of Winter Park, Fla.
