Andrew Higgins married Bertie Elizabeth Smith on May 20, 1900 in Chattanooga, Hamilton County, Tennessee.
Andrew and Bertie had four daughters, all born in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The youngest of their daughters was Anna Lenorah(aka Nora or Babe) Higgins, born June 6, 1908 and died November 14,1967 in Detroit, Wayne County, Michigan.
