She lived in Sterling, VA, and was preceded in death by her husband, Maj.Gen. Reginald Carl Harmon, Judge Advocate, U.S. Air Force, in 1992.
Mrs. Harmon was an honor graduate of the University of Illinois School of Music, and for nearly 70 years she performed as a solo artist.
She is survived by her daughter, Susan Harmon; son-in-law, Richard Meyer; grandchildren, Adina Berg, Mahlon & Rachel Meyer; great-grandchildren, Rowan & Jack Carrick; other relatives.
Interment followed funeral services conducted at the National Presbyterian Church, Washington, D.C., Saturday, October 11, 2008.
