Mrs. Edith L. Kline, 70, of 218 Franklin Avenue, Applewold, died at the home of a son, Stanley M. Kline, Kittanning RD 1, at 9:30 a.m. Sunday (Nov. 30, 1958) following long illness. Mrs. Kline, was born Jan. 9, 1888 at Lincoln, Neb., a daughter of James and Sarah Jane (Reedy) Waugaman. Her husband, George C. Kline, preceded her in death July 12, 1941. She was a. member of the First Church of the Nazarene. Surviving are four sons, Albert C. Kline, Zion, HI.; Dean I. Kline, Veterans Hospital, Aspinwall; Jess C. Kline, Kittanning RD 2; Stanley M. Kline, Kittanning RD 1; a daughter, Mrs. Edith L. Baum, Applewold; 16 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Friends may call at the Merwin (Smith) funeral home, where funeral services will be held at 2 Wednesday afternoon. Rev. Leslie B. Baltz, pastor, of First Church of the Nazarene will conduct the service. Burial will be made in the family plot in Kittanning cemetery.
