Joshua Steven Cherry, 31, passed away on Tuesday, November 24, 2009, in Splendora, TX. He was born Friday, June 16, 1978 in Houston, Texas to Willie Elvis and Brenda Gail Cherry.
Joshua was preceded in death by his uncle, Craig Steven "Steve" Rector; grandparents, Mary and Bubba Lee Cherry.
Joshua is survived by his wife, Lisa Marie Cherry; children, Alyssa Marie Cherry, Destiney De'nae Cherry, Adam Joshua Cherry, Heather Marie Atchley - Cherry; brother, Willie Elvis Cherry Jr. and wife Melody of Splendora, TX; sister, Angela Nicole Lucas and husband Joshua of Conroe, TX; aunt, Pam Baird; grandparents, Jerrie and Craig Rector of Nacogdoches, TX; special cousin, Christopher Rector; numerous other loving family and friends.
Visitation for Joshua will be held at Neal Funeral Home on Sunday, November 29, 2009 from 2:00 – 6:00 p.m.. Service for Joshua will be held at Neal Funeral Home Chapel, Monday, November 30, 2009 at 11:00 a.m.. Interment to follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Nacogdoches County, TX.
