Passed Away At Cozad and Funeral Held Tuesday
Sherman Putnam, 57, passed away on Sunday evening at his home in Cozad. He had been in poor health for some time.
Survivors include his wife, Jane; two daughters: Mrs. Virginia Smith of Cozad, and Mrs. Dolly Zlomke of Gothenburg; four sons: Benny, Clarence, Lester and Leonard, all of Cozad; and a brother, Ralph Putnam of Gothenburg.
Funeral Services were held Tuesday afternoon at the Church of God in Cozad, and burial was in Peckham cemetery.
