VI. Margaret Jane Ayers, married John Sanford Kimbrell;
VII. Alpha Eldorado "Alphea" Ayers, married William M. Stowe;
VIII. James Thomas "Jim" Ayers, married 1) LaTranquil 'La Tranquilla" Massey, native of Milam County, Texas who died in 1902,then 2) Mary Jane Ward;
IX. Freeman David "Dave" Ayers, married Eliza Hulsey.

Habersham County} This Indenture made this 12th day of May in the
year of our Lord One Thousand Nine hundred and Two between Priscilla
Ayers of the county of Habersham of the first part and W.A., J.T.
and F.D. Ayers, Lucy Anderson, Sallie Andrews, Margaret Kimbrel,
Alpha Stow, Julie Addison and the children of Harriet Whitfield of
the second part. Witnesseth: That the said party of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of Five Dollars each in had paid
at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted bargained sold and
conveyed and by these presents doth grant bargain sell and convey
unto the said parties of the second part their heirs and assigns all
that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Habersham County and
State of Georgia to wit: Beginning on a ash & thence E. to a pine
knot x, Thence south__ to a black oak x, south to a branch on a
hickory x, thence with said branch to another hickory x, thence a
straight line N. To beginning x, adjoining lands of Epse Payne &
Kelly place on E. _ S. by Moss W. by John & Tom Wilkinson.
Containing fifty three and one half acres. The said Priscilla Ayers
retains the right and title to the above described land and the
proceeds or rent of same until her death then the said named
children of Priscilla Ayers shall divide said land equally between
themselves. To have and to hold the said bargained premises together
with all and singular the rights, members and appurtenances thereof
to the same being, belonging or in anywise appertaining to the only
proper use benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part
heirs and assigns forever in fee simple.

And the said party of the first part for herself heirs executors and
administrators will warrant and forever defend the right and title
of the above described property onto the said parties of the second
part their heirs and assigns, against the claims of all persons
whomsoever.

In witness where of the said party of the first part hath hereunto
set her hand and affixed her seal, the day and year first above
written.
