COUNTY WOMAN DIES IN HOSPITAL

Mrs. Etta Hendrickson, wife of Walter Hendrickson, janitor of the Addison township school, died Monday evening at 7:10 o'clock at the W.S. Major Hospital. She had been hospitalized for nine days.
Mrs. Hendrickson, whose home was on rural route 5, was 56 years of age. She was born in Columbus on April 7, 1894, the daughter of Willis and Ida Mae (Brown) Rush. She was a member of the Columbus Christian church.
Her marriage to Mr. Hendrickson took place on April 16, 1916. Surviving with the husband are three daughters, Mrs. Norma Huff, Mrs. Bernice Lyster and Mrs. Mary Baker of this city and a son by a former marriage, Willis Smith of Morristown. Also surviving are a grandson whom she reared, four other grandchildren; three brothers and one sister, Ray Rush of Flat Rock, Chester of Hope, Gene of Greensburg and Mrs. Reba Hammond of this city.
Funeral services will be held at the Murphy Mortuary Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Ernest L. Ford officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Grove cemetery east of Norristown.
