The stone (if has one) is a flat marker buried or fallen. There are vacant spaces and a cemetery worker uncovered a partially covered marker to the right of the spaces. An oddity is the maker is for an Ayres. Rev. Daniel McKinney's sister, America married an Ayres. Not enough of the lettering was uncovered to read more. It was too cold and raining to dig much. A probe and spade would be needed to check to learn if a buried marker could be found first, by probing. The graves are on the west edge of space "E" near the middle. The Frazier family of Charles, Ruth A. and Rowena are just south of the Ayres space. It is a large and busy cemetery.

James had a yoke of oxen to farm with and they were fine for breaking the tough sod although, they were a little slow.
James and George had a photographic studio for awhile in Walla Walla. Also live in Portland. Returned to Western Kansas
