Funeral Mass for Rose L. Stout, 87, of Paducah, formerly of Cairo, will be at 9 a.m. Thursday at Saint Patrick's Church, where she was a member. Monsignor Bill McGhee will officiate. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery in Villa Ridge.

Mrs. Stout died at 11 p.m. Sunday at Superior Care Home-Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Paducah.

She was a native of Cairo, and retired from Elias Family Center.

Surviving are two daughters, Eleanor Cocke of Palm Bay, Fla., and Linda Logsdon of Calvert City, Ky.; two sons, Michael Stout of Springfield and James Stout of Sherman; one brother, James Karcher of Council Bluffs, Iowa; 14 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray M. Stout, and one son, Edward Stout of St. Louis. Her parents were Carl and Mary Karcher.

Friends may call after 5 p.m. Wednesday at Barkett Funeral Home, where the Rosary will be said at 7:30.
