Chronicle and Sentinel, of Friday:
DEATH OF MRS. GARNETT ANDREWS
We are pained to hear of the death of the wife of Judge Andrews, which occurred at his residence in Washington, Wilkes county, Ga., on the 22d inst. Mrs. Andrews had suffered severely for several months with what was first supposed to be an affection of the heart, but subsequently developed itself into disease of the brain, and for two or three weeks precious to her decease she was perfectly unconscious. She was a highly cultivated, Christian lady, and leaves a wide circle of devoted friends to mourn her loss.
