Great Granddaughter of Gen. Toombs Dead at Washington
Washington, Ga., Sept 2- Miss Louise Colley, a great granddaughter of Gen Robert Toombs, and one of the most popular young ladies of Washington, passed peacefully away at the home of her father, Mr. H.O. Colley, yesterday, after a long period of illness. Hers is one of the saddest deaths that has ever occurred in Washington. She had been a sufferer from heart trouble for a number of years, and in hopes of benefitting their daughter, her parents moved to Nebraska, where they spent some time.

The change, however, proved of more harm than good and upon their return to Washington two years ago, Miss Colley's health began to fail rapidly until the end came yesterday afternoon.
Miss Colley was 19 years of age, and a young lady of many noble traits of character. She had scores of friends who will deeply mourn her loss. The internment was made today in the lot where sleeps her distinguished ancestor.
