George Engbert (Englert), aged 39 years, died at his late home on Ft. Wayne Avenue on Wednesday afternoon of cancer of the liver. The deceased leaves a wife and four children who came with him from Crystal City, Missouri about three years ago. He was a member of the Ancient Order of United Workmen in which he carried a $2,000 life insurance. The funeral will occur from St. Patrick's Catholic Church, probably Friday.
