Albert H Schultz, 78, of Route 4, died Tuesday at a Council Bluffs hospital following a short illness.

He was born at Lawrence, Kansas, and had resided many years in the Council Bluffs area. He was a retired farmer.

Survivors include: two daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Kalloff of Omaha, Nebraska, and Mrs. Betty Gardner of Council Bluffs; six sons, Clarence of Minden, Clifford of Council Bluffs, Kenneth of Hastings, Minn., Richard of McClelland, Robert of Silver City and Bruce of Kansas City, Missouri; a brother George of Burlingame, Kan.; Mrs. Margaret Kingsley of Lucerne, Calif.24 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two wives: Hulda Peters and Gertrude Pearce; two daughters: Mrs. Frances Boeck and Ms. Carolyn Rose Peterson.

Funeral services will be at 1:30pm Friday at the Meyers chapel. The Rev. Werner Bischoff, pastor of Our Savior's Luthern Church, will officiate. Internment will be held at Shelby Cemetery.
