Miss Lottie Frances Coffey, 68, a native of Fishersville, died at 4 a.m. Sunday at Waterman's Memorial Hospital in Eustis, Fla.
Miss Coffey was a registered nurse and a graduate of Sibley Memorial Hospital of Washington D. C. For a number of years, she made her home in Astoria, Fla., where she did private duty nursing.
Miss Coffey was born Aug. 20, 1894, a daughter of the late Henry Alexander and Sarah Campbell Coffey.
She is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Vinton (Retta) Cook of Richmond, Mrs. O. H. (Verna) Lee of Mechanicsville and Mrs. W. H. (Lois) Plumb of Waynesboro and a number of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
The body will be brought to Waynesboro tonight. The procession will leave the Etter Funeral Home Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. A graveside service will be held in Thornrose Cemetery in Staunton at 11 a.m. Wednesday, conducted by Dr. John H. Pearson.
Nephews of the deceased will serve as pallbearers.
