Betty J. Taylor (nee Price), age 79, of Portage, IN, passed away on Wednesday, December 16, 2009 at Golden Living Fountain View Place in Portage, IN.
She is survived by her children, Ronald Taylor of Moab, Utah, Dennis Taylor of Chesterton, IN, Kathy (Robert) Payne of Portage, IN and Rev. Jeffery (Nancy) Taylor of Kentland, IN; 13 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; brother, Delvie (DeEtta) Price of Logansport, IN; half-brother, Ronald (Barb) Kiser of Kokomo, IN and nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Homer Taylor and sons, David and Lloyd.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 21, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Allen Lehmann officiating. Interment at Maplewood Memorial Cemetery in Crown Point, IN.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 20, 2009 from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m.
