Born on September 19, 1935 in Gould City, he was a son of the late Elmer Noggle and Ida Belle (Miller) Noggle. Franklin was a woodsworker for many years employed by several area companies.
Besides his parents, Franklin Noggle was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Violet and Dorothy; and 2 brothers, Richard and William.
Survivors included 3 sisters: Rose Van Orman of Hulbert, Jane O'Brien of Sault Ste. Marie, MI and Ellen Kibble of Pickford. Also surviving were numerous nieces and nephews.
