ALBERT REED DIES SUDDENLY
Passed Away Last Saturday Near Coalville, Utah— Body Brought to Family Home for Burial.

Albert W. Reed, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Reed of Saratoga, died suddenly from heart failure last Saturday, near Coalville, Utah, where be had been employed recently. The sad news was brought to the family by telegram on Saturday and Mr. Reed left at once for Coalville to bring home the body.

Albert had been employed at a sheep camp some 15 miles from Coalville, and had been ill for a few days, though his illness was not considered serious. A physician had visited him and advised that he would he all right within a few days, but as he did not improve, other men at the camp decided to take him to town. While enroute to Coalville, and while working to extricate the car from a mud hole, his companions discovered that Mr. Reed had suddenly expired.

His father arrived home with the remains on Tuesday's train, and the funeral services were held on Wednesday at the Episcopal Church, Rev. R. E. Abraham conducting the service. Deceased was 46 years of age.

He had lived in the Platte valley for many years and was well known throughout this region, but for the past two years had been working about Thermopolis and Lusk, Wyoming, and for the past few months had been in the employ of sheepmen in Utah. He had expected to work there during the shearing season. His wife, formerly Miss Helen Blakeley of Greeley, Colo., died about two years ago.

His sudden death has brought a bitter cup of sorrow to the surviving relatives, and the sympathy of many friends in the valley goes out to them in their bereavement.
