Melvin Husak, 57, rural Toledo, died Sunday, Nov. 16, 2003 at Marshalltown Medical and Surgical Center of a sudden illness. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church in Marshalltown with Rev. Gregg Davison officiating. Burial will be in the Woodlawn Cemetery in Toledo with military graveside rites by the Toledo American Legion.
Melvin is survived by his wife Sandra; three children, two grandchildren; his mother, Albina Husak of Tama; and two brothers, Leonard (Arlene) Husak and Lawrence (Sue) Husak all of Toledo.
