Last rites for Emma B. Harris, 83, widow of Neal Harris, were held Sunday afternoon at the White River Friends church in charge of Revs. George Addington and Wilmer Beeson. Burial was in Fountain Park cemetery, Winchester.
Mrs. Harris died Friday morning at her home, two and one-half miles north of Winchester. A lifelong resident of Randolph county, she is survived by six daughters; Mrs. Gale Brown, Mrs. Reid Haworth, Mrs. Herbert Bosworth, all of Winchester,
Mrs. Frank Sayers of Union City and Mrs. Russell Wymer of Farmland; three sons, Oscar of Ridgeville, Lawrence of Indianapolis and George of Portland; one brother, W. O. Hendrickson of Winchester, 34 grandchildren and 50 greatgrandchildren. Mr. Harris died in 1947.
