INDIANAPOLIS, May 13. -- (I.N.S.) -- Sherman W. Baker, 14, son of Erwin G. (Cannonball) Baker, famous cross-country automobile driver, died at his home here today following an illness of eight days. He was a student of Manual Training high school.
