She was born Oct. 6, 1883, at Elkhart Lake, daughter of the late Henry and Ann Bartles Wittrock, and moved to Kiel with her parents when she was a child. She was educated in Kiel schools.
On April 18, 1907, she was married to Reinhold Hildebrandt and the couple lived in Kiel until 1918, moving to New Holstein where her husband was employed in industry. He died in July of 1949.
Survivors include a son, Lester of New Holstein; two sisters, Mrs. Edward Krostag Sr. and Mrs. Lena Jochmann of Kiel; and a brother, Henry of Kiel.
She was preceded in death by two children and three brothers.
