Retired after 40 years in hotel management with major cruise lines. Member of the Chaine des Rotisseurs, LOrdre Mondial Des Gourmets Degustateurs, and the Sommelier Guild. Survived by wife, Rita (Mariano) Lagace, son, Nick of Amsterdam, daughter, Sandra and son-in-law Cor de Graag of Rotterdam, sister, Elizabeth Bep Mueller, and brothers Cor Mueller, and Dingeman Kas Lagace, The Netherlands. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Marthas Catholic Church, 9221 Biscayne Blvd., Miami Shores, FL on Tuesday, December 29, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. Burial will be at a later date in Blue Hills Cemetery, Braintree, MA.
